I have been looking for about 6 months for a cottage near the Institute.  Does anyone know if the little cottage at the corner of Chapman and Lakeshore is looking for a new owner?  It doesn't look like it has been inhabited for awhile.
It has a small porch with great gingerbread.  Please contact me if you know of a contact person.  Thank you.
