2007 Sea Serpent & Hot Air Balloon Festival

On Friday and Saturday, July 27-28, the annual Sea Serpent and Hot Air Balloon Festival was held in the Perry Public Park in Perry, New York, just outside Silver Lake, home of the legendary serpent. Below are some candid photos of the Festival and the balloons captured and provided to the 'View by Julie Ciferni, owner of cottagephilosophy.com and a local Silver Lake resident. Julie has also provided a couple of video clips for your enjoyment. Below the Festival photos are photos captured by Julie and also Gene Matthews of the balloons making their appearance at Silver Lake near sunset on July 28th, the last day of the festival.
